Class Overview

Each class is centered around balance, flexibility and strength using different equipment and movements. We work with each client to custom design an exercise plan that reflects their short and long-term goals. We only offer small group fitness classes to allow time to focus on correct movement and fitness education, both virtually and in-person. No set schedule of classes, reach out to get more information and book.
