I Believe In

Strength in Body & Mind

My aim is to educate my clients regarding the movement of their bodies in everyday life and to identify the major muscles involved. Effective strategies will be used to increase body awareness, to enhance the exercise experience, as well as encouraging ongoing exercise. The main goals will be to achieve balance, flexibility, overall strength and endurance.
Classes will be designed to include personalized instruction. All levels of fitness should benefit in this fun supportive environment.
